34jl supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 34jl's discretion.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 34jl does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 34jl reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any unauthorized use of 34jl's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

In no event shall 34jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 34jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines.
